OWL is proud to be a nonprofit partner with Source America and Ability One. This partnership qualifies us to receive Federal contracts. Federal contracts allow us to create opportunities where individuals with disabilities can acquire job skills, training, wages,
benefits, and gain greater independence and a higher quality of life. This partnership enhances these individual's ability to leverage their learned skills into other public and private sector jobs and enjoy participation in their communities.
What is Source America?
The national Source America program matches government and commercial contracts for work with nonprofits who employ people with significant disabilities. AbilityOne is administered by Source America and purchases products/services from participating nonprofits dedicated to employing and training individuals with disabilities.
