EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Our employment services assist a wide variety of individuals in reaching their vocational goals. When individuals choose to utilize these services, they are assigned one of our talented employment counselors who work with them through job development, job coaching, job placement and retention.
Based on their needs, an individual may participate
in all or some of the following:

Individual vocational counseling

Individual/group classroom instruction

Job seeking skills training (mock interviews, resume building etc.)

Hands-on skills training (forklift certification, etc.)

Basic computer instruction
-
Referrals to community resources as needed (clothing bank, etc.)

Transitional work assignment in OWL’s manufacturing division

Job coaching, if indicated
-
Individualized job placement
