Do I qualify FOR OWL CENTER SERVICEs?

Opportunity for Work and Learning partners with LMC and other agencies to provide services to job seekers for access to suitable employment and/or training.  If you are interested in additional services, please complete the following questionnaire and a staff member from the OWL Center will contact you to seek more information in order to determine eligibility.  OWL does not discriminate with regard to employment, promotion, pay, or place of work because of race, religion, national origin, sex or sexual orientation, disability, or age.

What's next?

After you have completed and submitted the questionnaire above, contact us to confirm if you qualify, learn more about what services are available to you and begin receiving them.

What If it appears I don't qualify, but I know I need these services?

The questionnaire is here to help get an idea of what services and programs may apply to you, it is NOT a final measure of whether or not you will be eligible to receive services. If it appears you do not qualify for services based on your questionnaire responses, but you feel that you need them, contact us. We will work with you to help identify other avenues for you to receive services, if possible.

I receive Medicaid waiver benefits, do these services apply to me?

Yes, as determined on a case-by-case basis. If you receive benefits from the Michelle P. or Supports for Community Living waivers, you may also want to check out the services available through our Medicaid waiver program, ACES.
