WHO WE ARE
We are a nonprofit with the mission to help individuals overcome barriers, such as mental and physical disabilities or prior incarceration, to achieve personal and professional growth! We accomplish this by offering a diverse range of supports and individualized programming which assist individuals in becoming valued and contributing members of their community, breaking the cycle of dependency and isolation. With this person-centered philosophy, we have served over 26,000 individuals since 1961 and going strong!
We like hearing from you.
