WHO WE ARE
Opportunity for Work and Learning (OWL) impacts lives and strengthens communities by building a supported, inclusive, and sustainable workforce. Established in 1961 as a workshop for individuals with severe disabilities, we now offer community-based employment services open to individuals requiring support in their efforts to obtain and maintain employment.
OWL’s mission is to partner with individuals, businesses, and communities to assist those requiring support with factors impacting their employability. We do this by helping our participants discover their strengths and develop their skills and connecting them with the wrap-around services needed and the support required to achieve personal growth and successful long-term employment.
