SEEC is a community based rehabilitation program in Lexington, Kentucky. It is an off-site division of Opportunity for Work and Learning, a private non-profit agency.

SEEC provides service to adolescents and adults with physical, learning and emotional disabilities as well as individuals with barriers to employment.

- On the job training through site based assessments
- Job readiness classes to include resume writing, interview skills etc.
- Job placement services done one-on-one with a specialized SEEC employment counselor

- How do I receive SEEC services?
SEEC accepts referrals from two sources:
SEEC was selected by the National Rehabilitation Association as the recipient of the 2001 Organizational Award. This was in recognition of "an outstanding record of services and major contributions to the employment of persons with disabilities."
