OWL / LMC is a nonprofit business whose mission is to provide training, work skills and employment opportunities to persons with barriers to employment.
Our Manufacturing Center provides a disciplined work experience to prepare persons for successful job placement.
OWL is not subsidized by tax dollars, is self-supporting and does not conduct fund drives.
LMC's manufacturing processes are ISO 9001:2000 registered for quality assurance.

We effectively employ the best and latest practices known within the Manufacturing community and are recognized by that community, our customers and within LMC for our performance excellence.
