Opportunity for Work and Learning Inc or OWL is a community rehabilitation program that provides education, training and jobs for people with barriers to employment. One way OWL does this is through our E-Recycling Program. Our facility is EA Approved as a low volume hazardous waste site and our workers are highly trained in the latest recycling techniques to ensure proper and efficient recycling of electronic devices and their components.
