What is EPIC?
EPIC is a federally-funded grant project developed by the Skill Enhancement and Employment Center (SEEC) to assist Kentuckians with chronic neurological disabilities in overcoming barriers to successful and satisfying employment and career advancement.
The EPIC Program works in partnership with employers and rehabilitation professionals throughout the Commonwealth to develop successful employment outcomes for our participants.
EPIC serves a 17-county area in the Bluegrass Area Development District. Those counties are: Franklin, Scott, Harrison, Nicholas, Bourbon, Anderson, Woodford, Fayette, Clark, Powell, Estill, Madison, Garrard, Lincoln, Boyle, Mercer, and Jessamine.
EPIC is a program of comprehensive, individually-tailored services. EPIC's purpose is to provide job placement, career advancement, and ongoing support for people diagnosed with such chronic neurological disabilities as:-
