The OWL Center is a CARF accredited community rehabilitation program designed to assist individuals with significant barriers to employment to set and reach their vocational goals.

Skill Enhancement & Employment Center (SEEC) is a community-based rehabilitation program that provides services to persons with physical, learning, and emotional disabilities as well as to individuals with barriers to employment.

The OWL Foundation was created to ensure that OWL's mission will live on into the next half century, giving people with disabilities and barriers to employment the knowledge and resources that will allow them to achieve vocational goals and ultimately enable independence and self-esteem. The OWL Foundation raises and manages private funds on behalf of OWL. This important revenue stream allows OWL to enhance and expand the necessary services to Central Kentuckians.
