Welcome to OWL! On our website you can discover how our organization helps Central Kentuckians with barriers to employment reach their vocational goals. Kim Clay's Story
After 8 weeks at OWL, Kim accepted a full-time job as a Financial Collector for Credit Bureau Systems that pays $10/hour, plus commission. Over a year later, Kim still holds this position. Her hard work has enabled her to move into a place of her own and purchase a car so that she is no longer entirely dependent on public transportation.
